Malta – Casumo gaat de spelerbeschermingssoftware van Necton gebruiken

Casumo has acknowledged the need for expert assistance when it comes to player protection by using Neccton’s mentor player protection software going forward.

Casumo’s players will now be supported by mentor’s AI-based solution that analyses player behaviour in real-time. The software recognises possible problematic behaviour and works to help both player and operator to identify and address the issue.

Spelers worden bijvoorbeeld geïnformeerd wanneer hun stortingsfrequentie aanzienlijk toeneemt, en helpt klanten met geïndividualiseerde feedback beter geïnformeerde beslissingen te nemen over hun spel.
